1.Breakfast.

~shake- 100gm bhuna chana

                  250ml milk
                  2 banana
                  2tbp peanut butter
                  10 almond
                  mix it in grind and enjoy...

   ~oats- 60gm oats
              150ml milk
              2tp honey
              Cook for 3-4 minute.

 

2.Before Lunch.

200gm rice with no added suger

3. Lunch.

Eat Home made Sabji 
150gm curd(dahi).

4. After Lunch.

50gm Black chana
3 egg.

5. Dinner.

Eat home made sabji
100gm curd.
